Deep hole FA hole cutter
A deep hole FA hole cutter that can drill holes with high roundness and no core runout.
● The AB blade split method, patented in six countries, achieves speedy cutting performance and smooth core discharge, enabling hole drilling up to 25mm thick. ● Both the A blade and B blade are designed with a safety feature that prevents biting by aligning the outer circumference height. ● The integrated structure with the shank enhances cutter rigidity, allowing for drilling with no core wobble and high roundness. ● The use of cobalt high-speed steel centered drills treated with nitrogen homotreatment provides durability even for stainless steel. Additionally, it features a thinning design for one-shot positioning, eliminating the need for a punch. ● Equipped with a spring for core discharge, it allows for continuous drilling. (Not applicable for sizes 15mm to 17mm.)
